นโยบายคุ้มครองความเป็นส่วนตัว
บริษัท ตรีเพชรอีซูซุเซลส์ จำกัด (เรียกว่า “บริษัทฯ”) ได้จัดทำนโยบายคุ้มครองความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้เพื่อกำหนดหลักการพื้นฐานในการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยนโยบายคุ้มครองความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้จะครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่บริษัทฯ จัดเก็บรวบรวม ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ
1. นิยามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” หมายถึง
ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลซึ่งทำให้สามารถระบุตัว
บุคคลนั้นได้ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ทั้งนี้
เป็นไปตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
2. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
2.1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีการเก็บรวบรวม
บริษัทฯ ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลต่างๆ ของท่าน ดังต่อไปนี้

โดยบริษัทฯ จะไม่เก็บ ใช้ หรือ เปิดเผย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลประเภทที่มีความอ่อนไหว เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่กฎหมายบัญญัติให้เราทำได้ หรือเมื่อท่านให้ความยินยอมไว้โดยชัดแจ้ง |

2.2 วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทฯ จะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลผ่านทางหลายช่องทาง บริษัทฯ จะได้รับข้อมูลของท่านมาจากผู้จำหน่ายอีซูซุที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง (“ผู้จำหน่าย”) เป็นช่องทางหลัก นอกจากนั้น บริษัทฯ อาจจะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่ท่านจะให้ข้อมูลโดยตรงกับบริษัทฯ หรือ ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ www.isuzu-tis.com หรือเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ของบริษัท (“เว็บไซต์”) ศูนย์บริการลูกค้า บริษัทในเครือของตรีเพชร ซึ่งรวมถึงการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสังเกตุพฤติกรรมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของท่านจากการใช้งานเว็บเบราเซอร์ หรือ บริษัทฯ อาจจะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากแหล่งอื่นที่ไม่ใช่จากท่านโดยตรง เช่น จากลูกค้าท่านอื่น ๆ ของบริษัทฯ สมาคมการค้าหรือองค์กรอื่น เป็นต้น
2.3 ระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทฯ จะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อใช้งานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการนำไปใช้ที่แจ้งไว้ โดยทั่วไปบริษัทจะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาตราบเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นมา หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ในกรณีที่ท่านเป็น ลูกค้า ซึ่งรวมถึงลูกค้ามุ่งหวังของบริษัท (“ลูกค้า”) บริษัทฯ จะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อใช้งานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการนำไปใช้ที่แจ้งไว้ ตราบเท่าที่ท่านยังเป็น ลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ ผู้จำหน่าย หรือบริษัทในกลุ่มตรีเพชร เท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วน บุคคล หรือ ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และจะเก็บและใช้งานต่อเนื่องอีกเป็นเวลา 10 ปี หลังจากที่ท่านสิ้นสุดการเป็นลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ ผู้จำหน่าย หรือบริษัทในกลุ่มตรีเพชร
3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลรวมถึงข้อมูลต่างๆ ของท่าน เนื่องด้วยเป็นการจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์ โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัทฯ และ/หรือผู้จำหน่าย หรือเพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญาหรือโดยได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน หรือเพื่อการปฏิบัติโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายอื่นๆ ทั้งนี้ เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ ดังต่อไปนี้

ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บริษัทฯ อาจทำให้บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถให้บริการแก่ท่านได้ในบางกรณี
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
4.1 ประเภทของผู้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ในการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ มีความจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็นให้กับบริษัทในกลุ่มตรีเพชร ผู้จำหน่าย บริษัทผู้ให้บริการต่างๆ และบริษัทคู่ค้า ของบริษัทในกลุ่มตรีเพชร เช่น การบริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตลาด การบริการขนส่งสินค้า การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย การติดต่อสื่อสาร การส่งไปรษณีย์พัสดุต่างๆ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลอื่นๆ ตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูลตามข้อ 3
4.2 การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ
ในการบางกรณีบริษัทฯ มีการโอนข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บไปยังฐานข้อมูลของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งดำเนินการและบริหารงานบน Cloud Servers โดยคู่ค้าของบริษัทฯ ในต่างประเทศ ซึ่งมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอ ทั้งนี้ เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั่วไปของประเทศไทยที่ใช้บังคับ โดยที่ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะได้รับการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยอย่างเข้มงวด
5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้ ทั้งนี้ ภายใต้หลักเกณฑ์ ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั่วไปของประเทศไทยที่ใช้บังคับ
(1) ท่านสามารถถอนความยินยอมในเวลาใดก็ได้โดยการติดต่อตามช่องทางที่บริษัทจัดเตรียมไว้ตามข้อ 8 บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนว่า หากท่านถอนความยินยอม ท่านอาจจะเสียสิทธิได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร หรือ สิทธิประโยชน์ รวมถึงการติดต่อจากบริษัทฯ หรือ ผู้จำหน่ายรถยนต์อีซูซุเพื่อสิทธิพิเศษและกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของอีซูซุ
(2) ท่านสามารถขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของบริษัทฯ ให้ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด และขอให้เปิดเผยถึงการได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ท่านไม่ได้ให้ความยินยอม
(3) ท่านมีสิทธิขอรับหรือขอให้บริษัทฯ ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นได้
(4) ท่านสามารถคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือ ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในบางกรณีตราบเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
(5) ท่านสามารถขอให้บริษัทฯ ลบ หรือทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ในบางกรณีตราบเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
(6) ท่านสามารถร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานของรัฐที่มีอำนาจ
6. การใช้คุกกี้
“คุกกี้” คือ ข้อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์ขนาดเล็กที่จะถูกส่งไปเก็บไว้ในบราวเซอร์ของผู้ใช้บริการเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลในการเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ เพื่อการปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์และการให้บริการข้อมูลที่ดียิ่งขึ้น หากท่านไม่ประสงค์จะให้คุกกี้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว ท่านสามารถยกเลิก โดยปฏิเสธไฟล์คุกกี้ได้จากบราวเซอร์ของท่านเอง
7. การปรับปรุงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ได้ โดยบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ อาจจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงรายละเอียดอื่นเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่านเพิ่มเติม เช่น วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ในกรณีที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากนโยบายฉบับนี้ ทั้งนี้ การแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ หรือรายละเอียดอื่นเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัวจะมีผลใช้บังคับทันทีที่บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการแจ้งให้ท่านทราบตามวิธีการที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควร เว้นแต่เป็นกรณีที่บริษัทฯ จะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากท่านตามกฎหมาย ซึ่งในกรณีเช่นนั้น การแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ หรือรายละเอียดอื่นใดเกี่ยวกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวจะมีผลใช้บังคับเมื่อบริษัทฯ ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน

ในกรณีที่ท่านมีข้อสงสัย ข้อเสนอแนะ หรือข้อติชม เกี่ยวกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หรือ เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ ท่านสามารถติดต่อกับบริษัทฯ ได้ผ่านทางช่องทาง ตามรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
